Great little article.

I’m biased towards the paleo side of things, but I’ve recently stumbled upon the idea of “eating to your blood type” which also supports the idea of “best diet for each individual”.

I’m also allergic to both gluten and soy; so being a vegan is pretty much out  of the question for me.
