This is one of my favorite places in the entire world to run, I think the bottom shot is from the Columbine Trail, the second greatest single track I’ve ever run on (the SCA in Marin is #1). I loved the half-marathon there last year- I’ll probably do the full marathon or 50K this year.
Lake Chabot trails in Castro Valley, CA. Location of the Lake Chabot Trail Run. There’s a 5 mile run, half marathon, marathon, and 50k. I wonder what kind of shape I will be in come November. The trails look amazing; hopefully, I can take a little trip up there to check them out.
